June 2019 Market Update

Here are the trends in Saint Cloud, Florida. This is comparing 2018 to 2019. Fewer houses sold this past month, but for a higher average price.

This is opposite of the year-to-date trends which show that more houses are selling at a higher price. The days on market is increasing slightly. There are also slightly more single family homes available this year than last year. This is still a seller's market with one and a half months of inventory available.
