November 2019 Market Update

Here are the trends in Osceola, Polk, and Orange counties. This is comparing 2018 to 2019. The number of houses sold continues to increase. The average price of a house also continues to increase 5% over last year. The days on the market continue to be similar to this time last year.

The number of new listings did decrease in 2019 compared to 2018. This is still a seller's market with two and a half months of inventory available.

The average sales price for the central Florida area are as follows:

Poinciana - $209,102

Kissimmee - $245,424

Saint Cloud - $257,495

Davenport - $260,799

Orlando - $298,463
